2.0–4.5 ml lotion pumps for 28 mm / 410 necks — hand cream, body lotion and mid-size shampoo bottles.
28/410 is the most common neck on hand cream, body lotion and mid-size shampoo bottles: 28 mm across the thread, 410 thread specification. It is the neck we quote most often, because it sits in the middle — wide enough for a 4 ml dose, narrow enough for a 250 ml bottle that still looks slim on shelf.
The everyday dosage for cream and lotion: steady output, slim collar, standard dip tube cut to your bottle height.
The high-output workhorse in the smaller neck size. A larger chamber moves viscous product without sputtering, and the reinforced collar holds torque during capping.
For thick body wash and hair mask. The spring sits outside the product channel, which matters for sulfate-based and low-pH formulas.
The two look almost identical on a drawing and are not interchangeable: the thread pitch and depth differ, so a 28/410 pump will not seat correctly on a 28/400 bottle (and vice versa). If your bottle mould was made for 28/400, tell us before sampling. We will confirm the thread and, where needed, quote the matching collar.
Smooth pearl white is standard. Matte collars are moulded separately and appear as their own model codes below — they are a different product, not a colour option. Custom colours are matched against a colour chip, with silk-screen and hot-stamp on collar and actuator.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs per model and closure finish. Stock samples are free for qualified projects. Output volume and actuation are checked on every production batch before packing.
