Description

The 201 series is the standard 2.0 ml inner-spring lotion pump for body-care packaging. A machined piston chamber holds the dose steady from the first stroke to the last, and the ribbed inner collar grips the bottle neck without over-torquing during capping. Moulded in PP with a smooth collar, it takes colour matching, silk-screen, hot-stamp and metallised finishes. Suction tube length is cut to your bottle height, and the pump ships assembled with an overcap so filling lines can run without extra handling.

Which neck sizes does this pump fit?
Our lotion pumps cover 24/400, 24/410, 28/410, 33/410 and 33/415. Send us your bottle neck drawing and we will confirm the matching closure before sampling.
Can the dosage be adjusted for our formula?
Yes. Standard series run from 1.0 ml to 4.5 ml per stroke, and a custom dosage can be developed for a specific viscosity. Tell us your target output and we will match it at sampling.
Outer spring or inner spring — which should I choose?
An outer spring keeps metal away from the formula and suits aggressive or high-pH products such as cleaning liquids. An inner spring gives a cleaner look for cosmetics.
How is leak-proofing tested?
Every pump uses a multi-layer leak-prevention design and is vacuum-tested before packing, with gasket compression verified under cold-transit and high-temperature conditions.
