All-Plastic Pumps

No metal spring, no separation step

A conventional lotion pump mixes PP, PE, stainless steel and glass. Our all-plastic series 206 replaces the metal spring with an engineering plastic spring so the whole pump can be recycled as one piece — and passes through metal detectors on filling lines.

All-plastic construction — no metal components in the pump mechanism.
5,000 press test — the plastic spring is cycle-tested to 5,000 strokes before release.
Metal-detectable filling lines — no stainless steel means no false rejects on food and pharma lines.
