The 601 series delivers 0.8 ml of foam per stroke — double the volume of a 0.4 ml pump, which suits hand soap, shower gel and foam sanitizer. The wide 40/410 and 43/410 collars sit on larger dispensers without an adapter, and the foam generator is tuned for higher-viscosity soap bases so the lather stays dense rather than watery. PP body, inner spring outside the liquid path, automatic functional test at AQL 0.6 before packing. This variant is moulded in matte black, a finish chosen for dark bathroom sets and premium hotel lines.

Frequently asked questions

How does a foam pump work?
A foam pump uses two chambers. On the downstroke it draws liquid and air into a mixing chamber, then pushes the mix through a fine mesh that turns it into uniform bubbles — foam without manual lathering.
Which mesh count should I choose?
Lower mesh counts give larger, lighter bubbles suited to household and cleaning products; higher counts give a dense, cream-like foam preferred for facial care. We fit one to three layers by target texture.
Can I use my existing liquid soap formula?
Usually not without adjustment. Foam pumps need a low-viscosity, surfactant-rich formula; a concentrated one will clog the mesh within dozens of strokes. Test your diluted formula on samples first.
What viscosity works with a foam pump?
Thin, watery liquids between roughly 1 and 1,000 cP perform best — diluted hand soap, facial cleanser, light cleaning solutions. Above about 3,000 cP the formula resists aeration; use a lotion pump instead.
Is the matte finish a coating or moulded in?
Moulded in. The soft-touch surface comes from a textured mould cavity, so there is no sprayed layer that can peel or wear off during filling, capping or transport.
Does the matte surface scratch or wear off?
Because the texture is integral to the closure rather than applied on top, it does not peel. It holds up to normal filling-line handling, carton packing and retail use.
Can matte be combined with other decoration?
Yes. Matte can be combined with UV coating, hot stamping, silk-screen printing, water transfer and an aluminium collar, so you keep a soft-touch body while adding a metallic logo or colour accent.
Is matte available on other series?
Yes — the finish can be extended to other lotion pump series and to foam pump closures, subject to minimum quantity. Send us the series you are specifying and we will confirm availability.
