4.0 ml and 4.5 ml lotion pumps for 33 mm / 410 bottles — shampoo, conditioner, body wash and gel cleanser packaging.
33/410 describes the bottle neck, not the pump. The first figure is the neck diameter — 33 mm across the thread — and 410 is the thread specification. A 33/410 pump only seats correctly on a 33 mm / 410 neck: the collar threads onto it, the gasket seals flat, and the dip tube hangs straight down the centre of the bottle.
Because 33 mm is the widest of our standard necks, this is the size where pumps carry the heaviest dose and the largest actuator. If you are packing shampoo, conditioner, body wash or gel cleanser in bottles from roughly 300 ml upwards, 33/410 is almost always the neck you will be quoted.

If your bottle is moulded for 33/415 — a deeper thread used on thick-wall PET — a 33/410 pump will not seat. They look similar on a drawing and are not interchangeable in production; tell us the bottle spec and we will confirm which one you need.
The workhorse. A machined piston chamber moves viscous product without sputtering, and the reinforced collar holds torque on wide-mouth bottles. Available with a smooth or matte collar.
The largest dose in the range. The spring sits outside the product channel, which matters for sulfate-based and low-pH formulas, and the wide chamber keeps an even stroke with thick gels.
Smooth pearl white is the standard collar. Matte collars are moulded separately — they are listed as their own model codes below, not as a colour option. Metallised and custom-matched colours are available against a colour chip, with silk-screen printing and hot-stamp on the collar and actuator.
Output volume and actuation are checked on each production batch, and every pump is function-tested before it is bagged. Leak and torque checks can be added to the inspection plan for cosmetic and OTC customers who need them documented.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs per model and closure finish. Stock samples are free for qualified projects; a specific model code can normally be sampled from existing tooling. Dip-tube length is cut to your bottle height — send the bottle drawing or a sample and we will match it before the bulk run.
