0.8 ml foam pumps for 40 mm / 410 necks — hand soap and shower gel dispensers from 300 to 500 ml.
40/410 is a wide foam-pump neck: 40 mm across the thread, 410 thread specification. It sits between the narrow 30/410 facial-foam neck and the 43/410 large-dispenser neck, and it is the size most 300–500 ml hand-soap and shower-gel bottles are moulded for.
The chamber is the same one used on the 43/410 version: 0.8 ml of foam per stroke, roughly double what a 0.4 ml facial foam pump delivers. That is the volume a hand-wash needs to feel generous — one stroke covers two hands without a second press.
These two look alike in a photo and are not interchangeable. 40/410 closes mid-size bodies; 43/410 spans the wider shoulder of 500 ml–1 L dispensers. The collar diameter and thread engagement differ, so the bottle decides the pump, not the other way round. If you are launching a new mould, tell us the neck drawing and we will confirm before tooling.
Lather quality is a function of both the pump and the liquid. The mesh configuration in the 601 generator is tuned for higher-viscosity bases so the foam stays dense at the end of the bottle rather than turning thin. Send us the base viscosity and surfactant system, and we will recommend the mesh before you commit to a bulk run.
Standard finish is pearl white. Custom colours are matched against a colour chip, with silk-screen and hot-stamp on collar and actuator. Matte finishes are available on selected moulds.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs per model and closure finish. Every unit passes an automatic functional test before packing, and stock samples are free for qualified projects.
