43/410 Foam Pumps

0.8 ml foam pumps for 43 mm / 410 necks — hand soap, shower gel and hotel amenity dispensers.

What 43/410 means

43/410 is the widest neck in our foam-pump range: 43 mm across the thread, 410 thread specification. It exists for one reason — large dispensers. A 500 ml to 1 L hand-soap or shower-gel bottle needs a collar wide enough to close the body without an adapter, and a pump body big enough to draw a generous dose each time.

Which dispensers use a 43/410 neck

  • Hand soap — 400–1000 ml, the classic washroom dispenser.
  • Shower gel and body wash foam — thick bases that need a bigger chamber.
  • Foam sanitizer — alcohol gel converted to foam, less splash than a liquid pump.
  • Hotel and amenity refills — matte black is popular for dark bathroom sets.

0.8 ml per stroke, no propellant

The 601 series produces 0.8 ml of foam per stroke from a liquid base — double the volume of a 0.4 ml facial foam pump, which is what makes a hand-wash feel generous rather than stingy. No propellant, no shaking: the double-mesh foam generator does the work.

43/410 versus 40/410

Both are wide foam necks and both appear in our catalogue, but they are not interchangeable. 40/410 suits mid-size dispensers (around 300–500 ml); 43/410 suits larger bodies where the collar has to span a wider shoulder. The collar diameter and thread engagement differ, so the choice follows the bottle, not the other way round.

Foam quality and soap viscosity

Foam density depends on the base, not only the pump. The generator is tuned for higher-viscosity soap bases so the lather stays dense instead of turning watery near the end of the bottle. If you are developing a new formula, send us the base viscosity and we will confirm the mesh configuration before tooling.

Finish and colour

Standard is pearl white. Matte black is available as a separate model in this category, and custom colours are matched against a colour chip. Collar and actuator can be silk-screened or hot-stamped.

Ordering and samples

MOQ is 10,000 pcs per model and closure finish. Every unit passes an automatic functional test before packing; stock samples are free for qualified projects.

Frequently asked questions

What is a 43/410 foam pump used for?
Large-format foam dispensers: hand soap, shower gel, body wash foam, foam sanitizer and hotel amenity refills. The 43 mm neck carries a wider body, so the pump draws more liquid per stroke.
How much foam does it produce?
The 601 series produces 0.8 ml of foam per stroke — roughly double a 0.4 ml facial foam pump, which is what a hand-wash or shower-gel dispenser needs to feel generous.
What is the difference between 40/410 and 43/410?
Both are wide foam necks; 40/410 suits mid-size dispensers and 43/410 suits larger 500 ml–1 L bottles. They are not interchangeable — the collar diameter and thread engagement differ.
Can the pump handle thick soap bases?
The foam generator is tuned for higher-viscosity bases so the lather stays dense rather than turning watery near the end of the bottle. Send us your base viscosity and we will confirm the mesh configuration.
Is a matte black version available?
Yes — matte black is listed as a separate model in this category, alongside the standard pearl white.
What is the MOQ?
Black and white models start at 10,000 pcs per model and closure finish; custom Pantone colours start at 30,000 pcs. Stock samples are free for qualified projects.
